Hello! My name is Skyler and I am … well just Skyler for now. January of 2021 I started a foodie-instagram and slowly got obsessed with sharing my meals online. After several of my sister’s roommates asked for my recipes, I figured I could use a permanent place to keep and share my recipes. While I’m at it, I’ll also share some other writing, recommendations, and art.

I grew up in Columbia, Missouri. After an obsessive load of AP classes and extracurriculars, I went to Vanderbilt. There, I wrote my capstone thesis on the legal history of Creating Queer Public Space in Nashville. I also built a kitchen in my dorm room, started a monthly gallery, and probably met every lesbian in Nashville. Now, as a 20-something at the end of the world, I am looking for what’s next.
